The Nigerian Senior National Team, Super Eagles will tackle Premiership side Arsenal on August 5, 2012 in a friendly match according to the Match Agent, of the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF), Eurodata Sports Marketing.
Eurodata management said it has concluded all arrangements with DanJan Sports, the promoters of English Premiership club Arsenal FC’s tour of Nigeria, for the international friendly match against the London-based, fluid-playing football club at the National Stadium, Abuja.
Football pundits believe this would be a great opportunity for the Stephen Keshi-led senior national team to further build on its development process.
The agreement for the Super Eagles to play Arsenal has been facilitated by Guinness Nigeria Plc, NFF’s partner, as part of the company’s ongoing commitment to the Nigeria Football Federation, the players and all football fans across Nigeria, to bring world class teams to play the Super Eagles.
The partnership with Arsenal Football Club also sees the new Malta Guinness Low Sugar as the Official Malt Drink for the forthcoming tour
