photo1photo2 photo3 photo4 The new Emir of Kano, Malam Sanusi Lamido Sanusi was yesterday in Kano presented with the traditional regalia and instrument of office for the coronation ceremony by the Madakin Kanoand Chairman of the four-man king makers Council, Alhaji Yusuf Nabahani Cigari Ibrahim at Kano Government House.
Already, Malam Sanusi has been and still receiving visitors at the Government House, due to logistics, where he has so far received prominent dignitaries, like the Adamawa State Governor, Murtala Nyako, among others.

Also, the source as false speculations that the coronation ceremony has already been held at the Government, insisting that it would hold at the Emir’s palace, amid pomp and ceremony, while dignitaries from far and near would be invited to witness the historic event, which depicts Kano rich traditional culture.
