…Sends Tinubu to appeal to Labour

The federal government has finally appealed to the leadership of Nigerian Labour Congress (NLC) to end the ongoing strike.
The Federal Government on the third day of the strike sent a high power delegation, led by the National Leader of All Progressives Congress (APC) Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu to the Paschal Bafyau Headquarters of NLC on Friday.
Senator Tinubu who led Governor of State of Osun, Rauf Aregbesola, Senator Kabiru Marafa, Senator Suleiman Hunkuyi, Idi Farouk and former President of NLC, Comrade Abdulwahid Omar pleaded with the union to call off the strike.
He enjoined them to return to the negotiation table in the interest of the nation.
