Branded Vehicles And Trucks To Pay N3000, N5000 Respectively To OYSAA

The director general of Oyo State signage and advertisement agency ‘OYSAA’ pastor Yinka Adepoju yesterday in a press briefing made it known that any branded car or trucks in the state are advised to have the Oyo State signage and advertisment agency mobile advert sticker.

While speaking the DG of the signage and advertisement agency said the sticker is for both private individual branded vehicles and those vehicles belong to company, and the rate for the mobile advert sticker is N3000 for a branded car and N5000 for a branded trucks and a branded keke nappep is also N3000.”

“It gives me great pleasure to welcome you all to this important occasion where 2018 mobile advert stickers of Oyo state signage and advertisement agency is being unveiled and formally launched.”

“It may interest you and the general public to know that OYSAA is producing mobile advert stickers for private individual branded vehicles as well as those belonging to companies and other corporate organizations as part of complimentary aspects of its duty as a revenue generating agency for the government of Oyo State.”

“History is been made today when the agency saddled with the responsibility of regulating, controlling and administering every activity that has to do with outdoors advertisement as well as signage, raod shows and business activation is hereby launching its 2018 mobile advert stickers which are meant to be administered on any branded vehicle belonging to individuals or corporate organization.”

“The sensatization of the sticker will fully commence in next year january and the enforcer will begins in early Febuary, the defaulters is liable to a fine of N50,000 or a jail term of 7- 8 months imprisonment but it is therefore advisable for the concern party to have the sticker on their vehicles so as to avoid embarrasment and delay” Adepoju stressed.

Pastor Adepoju also said “eqaully, it has come to the knowledge of our agency tha some local government officials or agents are in the habit of blocking roads to force branded vehicles owners to procure their locally produced Mobile advert stickers, this is contrary to the extant law that established the signage agency.

“Therefore perpetrators of this unlawful act should hencefort desist from such as the state government shall deal decisively with anyone caught after today”
