APC Zones Chairmanship To South-South

Ahead of its Friday National Convention, the All Progressives Congress (APC) yesterday finally zoned its chairmanship position to the South-South geo-political zone.
The same zone, according to the party’s National Convention Committee, is to produce the Deputy National Secretary and the Deputy National Legal Adviser.
The South-West is to produce the National Legal Adviser, Deputy National Chairman and the National Financial Secretary.
Meanwhile, the APC National Organising Secretary, National Auditor, Deputy Finance Secretary and Deputy Women Leader will come from the South East.
The North Central will produce National Publicity Secretary, National Women Leader, Deputy Treasurer, and Deputy Welfare Secretary.
Besides, the APC National Secretary, National Youth Leader and Deputy National Auditor will come from the North East.
The North West, said the committee, will produce the Welfare Secretary, Deputy National Chairman, National Treasurer and the Deputy National Organising secretary.
The committee however explained that : “Each of the six geo-political zones will produce the following; One Zonal National Vice Chairman, One Zonal Women Leader, One Zonal Youth Leader and One Ex-Officio.”

Bayero Nafada, Gen.Lawal Jafaru Isah, Sen.Bukola Saraki, Sen.Ahmad Sani Yarima, Hon.Femi Gbajabiamila Eng. Buba Galadima, Gov.Ibikunle Amosun, Mallam Nasir EL-Rufai, Gov.Rotimi Amaechi, Chief Bisi Akande, General Muhammad Buhari, Gov.Abdulaziz Yari, and Sen.Bola Ahmed Tunubu.
