The main opposition party in the country, Alliance Progressive Congress (APC) has been told to forget about its dream of winning presidential election coming up in 2015.

The General Overseer of Saviors Life Ministry, Kano, Apostle Praise Nnempor, who said this in Abuja, said God had revealed to him that President Goodluck Jonathan would rule Nigeria beyond 2015.

“I can also vividly tell you that the APC cannot win presidency whether you believe it or not. When you introduce religion into politics and people that have understanding will never stand to support you. Religion should stay out of politics,” he said.

He added that all forces against the President’s second term bid would not stop him even as he added that the various crises rocking the nation and the forthcoming general elections would not break up the country as being opined in some quarters.

Speaking on the occasion of his golden jubilee anniversary, the clergy also disclosed that Governor Rotimi Amaechi of Rivers State would complete his term of office despite attempts to impeach him.

He, however, warned the governor to be careful, noting that though he is fighting a just cause, those behind him are not just.

Apostle Praise who said that his previous prophecies were not taken serious noted that he had prophesied that Governor Amaechi would win an election but there would be crises afterward.

His words: Let me give you an example. In Rivers State, Governor Amaechi: I spoke to my friend whom I won’t mention here that I saw Amaechi winning an election and that after that election there would be crisis. He but said there is no election and I said that is what I see.

“The Bible says the canal minded cannot understand the thing of the spirit because it is foolish unto them. And not up to two weeks they called for the Governors’ Forum election and Amaechi won. And now you have seen the crisis.

“I saw Governor Akpabio of Akwa Ibom State wearing a gold chain and he asked me are you from Akwa Ibom state, I said yes. He said he is now a Senator. We were celebrating and the revelation ended there and whatever anybody is doing against Godswill Akpabio is a waste of time because I didn’t see anything change.

“And as for new PDP, that faction cannot work, I have said that in advance.

Our friend, Governor Amaechi, he is just putting himself in a tight corner. He is fighting the right thing but the people behind him can never allow him to win the battle,” he added.
