Forty eight hours after the BringBackOurGirls(BBOG) movement criticised the Federal Government over its inability to rescue more missing Chibok girls after the fall of Sambisa forest, another Chibok Secondary School girl has been found.
The girl, Rakiya Abubkar, was found with her six months old baby by Troops of Operation LAFIYA DOLE during investigation of arrested suspected Boko Haram terrorists.
A statement issued in Abuja on Thursday by the Director of Army Public Relations, Brigadier General Sani Kukasheka Usman revealed that
she is the daughter of Abubakar Gali Mulima and Habiba Abubakar of Chibok.
According to the statement , Habiba said she was a student of Senior Secondary School Class 3B (SS 3B), before her abduction along with her colleagues on 14th April 2014 by the Boko Haram terrorists.
The statement added that she is presently undergoing further medical investigation and would soon be released to the Borno State Government.
It would be recalled that 21 Chibok Secondary School girls were released by the Boko Haram terrorists on October 13 to the Federal Government after series of negotiation and agreement.
One hundred and ninety-six of the girls are still missing while there are fears that some of them may have been killed during fight between Boko Haram terrorists and men of Nigerian Army.
